How did Bless You My Daughter begin?

Looking back I see how God has been paving my path for this for years.
I felt a calling to do His work for what seemed like an eternity, but I just couldn’t figure out what that calling was. I thought, at this time in my life, maybe it was solely motherhood. That vocation is a beautiful thing, but I felt a pull that I couldn’t ignore. I prayed continuously because it was undeniable that our Lord was calling me… but to what?

For years I prayed, brainstormed, researched for a clear sign that said: “This is it, My daughter.”

Of course, He provided and that moment came. I’d been lying in bed one morning with my little girl, combing my fingers through her hair, praying for her. I prayed she would always be safe, stay kind, that she would have a bright future, and that she would always love our Lord. And at that moment, He said it. “This is it, my daughter. Creating generations of God-fearing women is your calling. Bring them to me.”

Being a strong daughter of christ & raising them is a beautiful gift and one we should share. While beautiful, very trying at times. God equipped us to be so strong, with the help of Him and the strong women around us. Let’s walk together on this journey. Let’s share, pray, and uplift one another to raise generations of daughters for Him.
